 Our Pastor

The Rev. Dr. Patrick Jackson and Family.

Rev. Jackson began his ministry at Oxford UMC in June 2022.  

Patrick has been ministry for 18 years. He is a local pastor in the UM church and holds a Doctorate in Ministry from Midwestern Seminary. He comes to us from Northern hills United Methodist Church, where he was the Center Associate Pastor, before this he was at University United Methodist Church here in San Antonito where he was the Family Pastor, Children’s Director, and Leadership Coach.  Patrick attended Oklahoma State University (Go Pokes!) and Asbury Seminary. Patrick likes quoting movies, participating in Go Rucks, reading, making new recipes for the family, folding laundry, and coaching his kid’s latest sports endeavors.

Diane Brewer

Director of Communications and Programs

Diane is responsible for keeping the Church family informed and up to date on events through various means such as The Weekender and the Sunday Bulletins. She oversees the many ministry events/programs done throughout the year. This is a very busy position of the church.

 

Judy Thompson

Office Manager

 Judy oversees day-to-day operations of the Church Office. She keeps the official church calendar of events, and books private events wishing to use our facilities (birthday parties, weddings, etc.). Judy helps manage social media, the outdoor digital sign, and the church website.

 

Jessica Dygert

MDO Director/ Office Assistant

Jessica is the Director of a robust Mother's Day Out program. Following the Northside ISD school calendar, MDO is in session every Tuesday and Thursday from 9 am - 2:30 pm.  Jessica also oversees Sunday's Nursery and Narthex Fellowship. 

 

Gabriel Castaneda

Bookkeeper 

Gabe is involved in Accounts payable, receivables, and payroll. He assists our Finance committee however needed.

 

Marc Gonzales

Music Director 

Marc, an accomplished musician, leads both the Traditional and the Contemporary services.  Although he plays many instruments, during the services, he plays piano and sings.  Marc directs the Contemporary band members and singers in vibrant praise, as well as the Traditional Ensemble and soloists with beautiful and familiar hymns.

 

Carolann Divers

Custodian

Our campus buildings are used all throughout the week, not just on Sundays! Carolann must carefully watch the calendar of events to be sure each event has a room that is clean and tidy, that there are enough tables and chairs to accommodate the group, and that the room is at a comfortable temperature. Once those events are over, the custodian must repeat the tasks. This is a VERY busy position!
